IN THE ARCHITECTURE
Three stacked layers. A physical edge of rugged sensors and edge processors; an intelligence core running real-time AI and an RTOS; and a digital cloud for analytics and model training. Data rises from the edge to the cloud, and trained models return to the edge, closing the loop.

CHALLENGE
A commercial display programme is judged on what leaves the line months after the design is signed off. New-product development, compliance and production quality are one problem, not three handovers.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
The technology arc runs CRT to LCD to OLED to MicroLED — genuinely sequential, which is why it is drawn as a timeline rather than as a set of options.
Across healthcare, IoT, automotive and industrial use, displays are now interfaces for control rather than devices for output. That reframing changes what the system has to guarantee: latency and touch behaviour become safety-adjacent rather than cosmetic.
Panel selection through driver integration and compliance into mass production.

OUTCOME
New-product development taken through compliance into mass production, with quality assurance, delivery and cost control run as part of the same programme.
