High-power EV charging with integrated battery storage — record
IN THE ARCHITECTURE
Three stacked layers. A physical edge of rugged sensors and edge processors; an intelligence core running real-time AI and an RTOS; and a digital cloud for analytics and model training. Data rises from the edge to the cloud, and trained models return to the edge, closing the loop.

CHALLENGE
High-power charging draws on a grid connection that was not designed for it. Adding storage as a separate product beside the charger solves the peak and creates a second system to certify, control and maintain.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
Grid connection into a conversion stage shared by both the charger and the storage, with solar on a parallel path into the same stage. One power architecture, not two products in a cabinet.
A charge controller speaking OCPP handles the session and reports telemetry upward; the connector and its safety regime sit at the end of the power path rather than in a separate control loop.
Grid and solar feed a shared conversion stage serving both storage and the vehicle connector, under a charge controller.

ENGINEERING DECISIONS
OUTCOME
One-stop development covering new-energy-vehicle charging, solar energy storage and charging stations, with ODM and OEM service for international clients.
The applicable certification set was carried through the programme rather than sought after the design froze.
