Data centre hardware contract manufacturing — record
IN THE ARCHITECTURE
Three stacked layers. A physical edge of rugged sensors and edge processors; an intelligence core running real-time AI and an RTOS; and a digital cloud for analytics and model training. Data rises from the edge to the cloud, and trained models return to the edge, closing the loop.

CHALLENGE
Quick-turn prototyping and volume manufacturing pull in opposite directions. Speed at the prototype stage usually buys problems at the line; discipline at the line usually costs weeks at the prototype.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
The gate sequence from prototype to volume was run as one programme rather than as a handover: quick-turn PCBA feeding directly into the quality, delivery and cost controls that mass production would need anyway.
This is where manufacturing execution credibility is demonstrated rather than claimed — the same gates, applied at both speeds.
Quick-turn PCBA feeding the same quality gates as volume production.
